We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage the end-to-end process of producing branded merchandise and swag. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact between our clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure projects are executed seamlessly, on time and within budget. We’re looking for someone who is eager to join a lean, highly-productive and motivated team. Contract Remote Role (US only)

• Oversee the production process for branded merchandise and swag
• Ensure orders are processed efficiently, accurately and delivered on time
• Coordinate approvals for product samples and proofs
• Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to source high-quality products and negotiate pricing per order; understand lead times and minimum order requirements
• Resolve customer service issues and order challenges to ensure client satisfaction
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and consistency

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years work experience in project coordination, account management, or a related role 
• Experience in branded merchandise, promotional products, or marketing is a plus
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to build and maintain relationships with client and vendors
• Proven track record of meeting SLAs
• Passionate about branding/design and has a discerning eye for high-quality products
• Self-starter who is highly adaptable and willing to wear multiple hats at a growing startup
