RESPONSIBILITIES
We’re looking for a driven Social Media Manager who is eager to join a creative, highly-productive and motivated team. As part of the Marketing/Brand department, you’ll be managing key social media accounts for Gemnote including Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. In addition, you’ll work closely with our Design Team to publish/post graphics and images across all platforms. You should feel comfortable with establishing new processes, team feedback and helping build a recognizable brand.
- Manage Gemnote's social media accounts and develop high-quality campaigns
- Monitor and analyze consumer trends and audience engagement based on platform algorithms
- Formulate copy and visual content for each social media campaign
- Regularly update social media content across all channels based on Gemnote's Content Calendar
- Engage with customers/followers and build brand awareness by engaging with potential new followers
- Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
- Respond to comments and questions on each of our accounts
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders on the Marketing/Design Team
YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
- 1-3 years experience in social media marketing or relevant industry
- A strong portfolio of previous work and success stories with social media accounts
- Intermediate knowledge in social media tools such as Photoshop, Buffer, Canva and more
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
